How long are shipping times? (Treats Arrive within 10 days of purchase)
All purchase/s will be processed within 2-4 days of your order being placed, Then arrive on your doorstep within 1-2 weeks with Covid-19 Restrictions. (International is 14 days due to Covid restrictions and limited flights.)
What's your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. More information can be found here Return Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us Hello@canterandsea.com.
Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will advise of next steps😊.
